Some offerings may be shared under a Pay-What-You-Feel or flexible pricing model.

This approach is based on trust, accessibility, and reciprocity.

• shipping and handling costs remain fixed

6. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout.

Payment must be completed before an order can be processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

• suspected fraud

• misuse of the pricing model

• abusive behavior or activity

7. Shipping

Orders are prepared carefully and shipped internationally from The Gambia via Germany using DHL international services.

Our herbs are grown and harvested in The Gambia and prepared for shipment once ready.

Shipping times may vary depending on destination.

Customers are responsible for understanding their local import regulations, customs duties, and taxes.

Her Sacred Harvest cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of herbal products and natural plant materials, all sales are final once products have been shipped.

If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photo documentation if possible.

Each case will be reviewed individually.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from product use

• we are not responsible for misuse of products

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
