Frequently Asked
Where are your plants sourced?
Our leaves and plant allies are grown and gathered in West Africa, within local farming communities in Gambia.
We work in direct relationship — not through industrial suppliers.
Each harvest is seasonal, small-batch, and rooted in land, lineage, and lived tradition.
This is not anonymous sourcing.
It is relational.
How are the herbs prepared?
Every leaf is harvested by hand and dried slowly, without industrial processing.
We do not bleach, dust, flavor, or mass-produce.
The plants are shared in their natural form — intact, whole, and respected.
Premium does not mean manipulated.
It means handled with care.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
Our plants are harvested in West Africa (Gambia) and carefully routed through Germany for international dispatch.
This allows us to ship reliably to the United States and other destinations while maintaining customs clarity and consistent delivery times.
Every order still begins at the source — within community and season.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes.
Orders are shipped internationally, including to the U.S.
Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch.
What should I expect when ordering internationally?
Your order is carefully packed and shipped with tracking.
We currently ship to the United States and other international locations. Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on customs and local processing.
You will receive a tracking number once your harvest is on its way.
We keep the process simple and transparent — no hidden handling fees, no subscription traps, no inflated pricing at checkout.
If a harvest has just been freshly gathered, additional time may be needed for careful drying before shipment. When this applies, it will always be clearly noted on the individual product page.
From our land to your hands — clearly and directly.
Why do you use a “Pay What You Feel” model?
Because herbs are medicine, not products.
Our pricing structure allows the work to remain accessible while honoring the labor, land, and community behind each harvest.
If you’re unsure what feels appropriate, most customers contribute within a range comparable to other premium small-batch herbal brands.
Choose in integrity. That is enough.
How do I choose the right tea?
Start with what your body is asking for.
If you feel overstimulated, depleted, or stretched thin, many begin with Mango Leaf — known for its softly sweet character and steady vitality.
If you’re drawn to brightness, circulation, and gentle warmth, Hibiscus may resonate.
There is no “perfect” choice.
There is only alignment.
Are these teas medicinal?
Our herbs are traditionally used within ancestral herbal practices.
We do not make medical claims, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
They are shared as plant allies — for ritual, nourishment, and reconnection.
How long will the current harvest be available?
We work with small seasonal batches.
When a harvest closes, it may not return until the next natural cycle.
If something speaks to you, we recommend exploring while it is available.
I feel constantly overstimulated. Where should I begin?
If your system feels wired, tense, or exhausted at the same time, begin gently.
Many start with Mango Leaf — known for its soft sweetness and steady vitality. It does not push or spike. It supports rhythm.
If your body feels stagnant or heavy, Hibiscus may offer a brighter, circulatory warmth.
There is no rush in choosing.
Regulation responds best to steadiness.
