At Her Sacred Harvest, each order is prepared and packed with care. Our herbs are harvested in small seasonal batches, following the natural rhythm of the land.
Because we work with living plants, preparation and shipping times may vary slightly.
Processing Time
Orders are typically prepared within 3–7 business days after payment is received.
During active harvest periods or times of higher demand, processing may take slightly longer.
Thank you for honoring the natural pace of our work.
Shipping Origin
Our herbs are grown and harvested in The Gambia.
Orders are currently shipped from the Gambia via Germany using DHL international shipping services.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
• Europe
• The United States
• Selected international destinations

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on:
• destination
• package weight and size
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• Germany: 4-10 business days
• Europe: 4-10 business days
• United States: 7-14 business days
• Other international destinations: 10–21 business days

Customs, Duties & Import Regulations
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, or taxes depending on the destination country.
Buyers are responsible for:

• paying any applicable customs duties or taxes
Her Sacred Harvest cannot control customs processing times or additional charges that may occur during import.
Local Pickup (Gambia)
Local pickup may be available in The Gambia by prior arrangement.

Risk of Loss
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping provider.
If a package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
Her Sacred Harvest cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photo documentation if possible.
Each case will be reviewed individually.

Variations in color, texture, or appearance are part of the nature of plant products and do not affect quality.
